Established in July 2009, Ningbo Shunze Rubber Co., Ltd. is a large-scale specialized nitrile rubber production enterprise with a registered capital of 280 million yuan, a total investment of 700 million yuan and a designed production capacity of 50,000 tons. The company is located in the south of the Ningbo Petrochemical Economic and Technological Development Zone in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China. It is adjacent to the Ningbo (Ningbo) Zhou (Zhoushan) Cross-sea Bridge and the Hangzhou Bay Bridge in the west. The transportation is convenient. The location advantage is obvious.
Shunze Rubber has an internationally advanced nitrile rubber production process, advanced distributed control system (DCS) and high-end complete testing equipment, as well as a team with years of experience in synthetic rubber production and pragmatic and capable. Since its establishment more than nine years ago, Shunze Rubber has entered a fast and healthy development track. It has won national high-tech enterprises, the “Eleventh Five-Year” National Science and Technology Plan Executive Outstanding Team Award, Zhenhai District Enterprise Engineering (Technology) Center, and Ningbo City. The advanced unit of energy-saving work and the three-level enterprise of safety production standardization have passed the ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system certification.
Nitrile rubber is a kind of semiconductor rubber, which has good antistatic property and can be widely used in printing rubber rollers, textile rubber rollers, textile aprons and the like.
